4-Feb	Ushering meeting this Sat Feb 6th 1pm at Olympia. Will be a quick meeting - about 15 - 20 minutes just to go over general rules, and fill out availability sheet. If you are unable to attend and haven't already e-mailed me just drop me a quick note and I'll get you updated via e mail or phone. I will also be at Olympia for a couple hours after the meeting to label chairs if anyone can stay to help. I could use 2-3 people. Also, if your child is ushering feel free to join them. 29-Jan	Attention "RAGS" Seniors: Autumn Lane School is looking for volunteers to help with their Pre-K-2nd grade Valentine Dance. It will be held at LR school on Friday, February 12th. Volunteers are needed from 6:30-9:00 and duties would include helping to set up, checking in, taking family pictures and working the cookie table. 22-Jan	There is a required "practice" and info session for all RAGS cast/crew who are visiting elementary schools on Wednesday, January 27. Please meet in the Ody aud between 4-6pm prepared to learn about the book(s) you will be reading aloud, and to learn the dance step you will be teaching. In addition, you will get your school assignment, your reading partner, and the specifics about your departure/return to school on 1/27. Please plan ahead! - Ms Davidson

15-Dec	Sat. Dec.19th we will start to paint the set for this year play " RAGS". Set construction has advanced very rapidly and we must start priming the pieces that have been built. At this stage of the game there is no painting experience necessary , just show up with your paint clothes on. We will be working from 10am till 2pm finishing sooner or later depending on how many people show up. 30-Nov	All students who have signed up to participate in either the Tech Crew or the Production Crew and have not picked up their participation Envelopes, should do so this week. You must also sign your contract to insure your name getting included in the program and on the directory. Please remember to check the call board for rehearsal/meeting dates and times.
