Help Wanted for Concessions and Backstage Supervision!

Concessions Helpers can be both older students (grades 8-12) and adults, and Backstage Supervision helpers are adults. If you are interested in helping out in either of these areas for one or more performances, please contact the following Adult Coordinators:

Mon. Jan. 23rd is the final day to either turn in a permission slip or to email to consent to Mr. Klein if your child would like to participate in the Elementary Read Aloud Program field trip on Wed. Feb. 1st.

If your child is a senior Cast or Crew member, s/he may use their Senior Photo in the program instead of the school photos. Please either email the photo jpeg to gelling@rochester.rr.com  or give it to Mr. Klein/Ms. Andersen.

Anyone else in the Cast or Crew wishing to attend, including students who are planning to usher, can give their required permission slip and $10 fee to Mr. Klein or Ms. Andersen

Coaching & Audition Dates

  1. You must sign up for one Vocal Coaching. You may sign up for both if you’d like.

  2. You will sign up for one Dance Coaching & Audition date.

  3. You will sign up for one Vocal Audition date (note preferred dates below for your age group).

  4. You only attend the Call Back Audition if required by the posted notice.  Please note that if you are NOT called back, this doesn’t mean you have not been cast.  You may in fact have a role in the show.  It’s just that the Directors do not need to see you again.

  • Thurs. Oct. 27: Vocal Coaching 2:30-4:30
  • Sat. Oct. 29: Dance Coaching & Audition 10:00-12:00
  • Tues. Nov. 1: Vocal Coaching 7:00-8:30
  • Wed. Nov. 2: Dance Coaching & Audition 4:15-6:00 
    AND Vocal Audition 6:00-8:00 for High School Students
  • Thurs. Nov. 3: Vocal Audition 3:00-6:00 for Middle School Students 
    (and any High School Students who can't attend on Nov. 2)
